Publication Fee Guidelines

We appreciate your interest in submitting your scholarly work to Medical Insights. To sustain the journal's rigorous peer-review process, efficient editorial management, and high publication quality, the following fee structure is applicable.

International Authors: 50 USD
Important Notes on Fees:

Submission is completely free. There are no charges to submit a manuscript for editorial and peer-review consideration.

The publication fee is applicable only upon final acceptance of the article for publication.

Waiver Policy
We recognize that some authors may face financial challenges that could limit access to publication. Researchers from low-income regions or those experiencing genuine financial hardship may request a full and perfect waiver of the publication fee. This policy prioritizes authors from low- and middle-income countries and those without institutional funding support.
Each waiver request is evaluated individually, with consideration of both financial circumstances and the academic merit of the submission. All requests are treated confidentially.
